My Private Pharmacist is operated by Haoma Pharma Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our pharmacy services are provided from a GPhC-registered pharmacy premises in Wimbledon, London.

We are a private online pharmacy, but we are not a faceless website. Our service is run by a UK pharmacy team, with clinical checks, clear communication and real human support when you need help. Customers can access selected treatments online, order pharmacy products, upload private or veterinary prescriptions, or book selected in-person services at our Wimbledon clinic.

Online treatment consultations
For selected conditions, you can complete a short online consultation. Your answers are reviewed by our UK prescribing and pharmacy team before any suitable treatment is recommended or supplied.

Pharmacy medicines and wellness products
We offer selected pharmacy products, skincare, sexual health products, vitamins and supplements, with clear product information and pharmacy checks where required.

Private and veterinary prescription dispensing
If you already have a private prescription or veterinary prescription, you can upload it securely for a quote and dispensing, subject to prescription checks and medicine availability.

Travel and vaccination clinic in Wimbledon
We provide selected travel health and private vaccination services in person at our Wimbledon pharmacy clinic.

Patient safety comes first in every part of our service. For online treatment requests, we do not simply sell medicine on demand. We ask relevant clinical questions, review your answers and check whether a treatment may be suitable before supply.

Depending on the treatment, our checks may include your medical history, current medicines, allergies, symptoms, previous diagnosis, relevant measurements such as blood pressure or BMI, and whether the service is appropriate online. We may ask follow-up questions, decline a request, or advise you to contact your GP, NHS 111, urgent care or another appropriate healthcare professional where needed.

My Private Pharmacist provides pharmacy services from a GPhC-registered pharmacy premises. The General Pharmaceutical Council regulates pharmacies and pharmacy professionals in Great Britain.
