We aim to respond to all requests for information and advice within two business days. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

 Your personal data will not be shared with any third party except the payment processing company, mail service provider and/or any pharmacy regulatory organisation responsible for monitoring our service, (namely GPhC and MHRA) or any other person necessary to carry out the service which you have purchased or requested, in which case only the relevant data will be shared with them to fulfil their duty.   

We will get your express opt-in consent before we share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

You can ask us or third parties to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by contacting us by email at any time or by phone during our opening hours.
