We aim to respond to all requests for information and advice within two business days. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Sharing your information

 Your personal data will not be shared with any third party except the payment processing company, mail service provider and/or any pharmacy regulatory organisation responsible for monitoring our service, (namely GPhC and MHRA) or any other person necessary to carry out the service which you have purchased or requested, in which case only the relevant data will be shared with them to fulfil their duty.   

We will get your express opt-in consent before we share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

You can ask us or third parties to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by contacting us by email at any time or by phone during our opening hours.

Where you opt out of receiving these marketing messages, this will not apply to personal data provided to us as a result of a product/service purchase.

However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. Third party rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to, nor shall it confer a benefit on any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 and a person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions has no rights to enforce them.


No delay or decision not to enforce rights under these Terms and Conditions of service will constitute a waiver of the right to do so and will not affect rights in relation to a subsequent breach. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales and each of us hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
