In order for Tadalafil to be effective, sexual stimulation is required.

Tadalafil (Cialis) is an inhibitor of the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE-5). PDE-5 is responsible for constricting the blood vessels which prevents blood flowing to the penis.
