Kalms Night is a traditional herbal medicine that is used to promote a refreshing, restful night's sleep without causing drowsiness the next day. The active ingredient in the tablet is Valerian root extract. It is suitable for adults over 18 years old.

Kalms Night contains Valerian and Hops. These two herbal medicines have been traditionally used as a sleep aid and there are evidence to prove their safety and benefits. 

There are many studies about the effectiveness of Valeriana Officinalis, the active ingredient in Kalms Night. Some studies have reported benefits of Valerian as a sleep aid; however, the studies did not meet the gold standards for clinical trials so the available evidence is not strong. 

Kalms Night is licenced as a herbal medicinal product. the effectiveness of this medicine is based on traditional use only.   

Adults and elderly over 18 years old: Take FOUR tablets one hour before bedtime. 

Possible side effects associated with Kalms Night use include:

- Gastrointestinal effects such as nausea, and stomach cramps have been reported with Valerian root preparations. The frequency is not known.
