Scopoderm travel sickness patch contains hyoscine and is used to treat the symptoms of travel sickness e.g. feeling sick, dizziness and lightheadedness. Scopoderm is suitable for adults and children over the age of 10. 

Scopoderm (Hyoscine/Scopolamine) works by blocking the vomiting impulse triggered in the brain by the motion. 

How does Scopoderm Patch help with travel sickness?

Hyoscine is the best known treatment for motion sickness. Hyoscine has been used for relieving the symptoms of motion sickness for many years and its safety and effectiveness have been well established. 

Does Scopoderm (Hyoscine) Patch really help?

For best results, apply one patch about 5-6 hours before embarking on the journey (or on the evening before the journey) and remove the patch at the end of the journey. 

The patch should be placed onto a clean, dry, hairless area of skin behind the ear and the protection will last up to 72 hours. Please always read the patient information leaflet for full details.

- Feeling sleepy or dizzy, Dry mouth, Constipation, Blurred vision or itchy eyelids, Problems peeing (taking longer to empty your bladder, or feeling that your bladder isn't quite empty even after peeing)
