Sominex Herbal is a licensed traditional herbal medicine used for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances such as during jet lag. It contains a combination of Valerian, Hops and passion flower. These herbal medicines have sedating effects and have been used traditionally as a sleep aid. It is suitable for adults over 18 years old and the elderly. The dose is two tablets an hour before bedtime.
